Luxury Alcohol and Intellectual Property

We analyzed the luxury alcohol market and how important intellectual property is to be a competitor in this market. Trade dress such as packaging and bottle design and trademarks such as names and logos are very important factors in the success of a brand. We spoke to the Global Brand Director of Don Julio and an Intellectual Property lawyer from Diageo, one of the largest alcohol corporations in the world. We presented our project through the creative medium of a video. We hope you will check it out!
